[redacted] contacted us about adding a rain barrel under her downspoutI spoke with [redacted] and we agreed that we would install the rain barrel for a fee of $On November 10th [redacted] called and asked if we could install a 2nd barrel when we were outWe again agreed that the 2nd barrel would be a fee of $and the total for us to install both was $to which [redacted] agreedWe came out as scheduled and installed the rain barrels [redacted] paid the $Now [redacted] wants a 50% discount because she feels she over paidThis fee was agreed upon before the work ever happened and there was no surprise to [redacted] when we came outAs with any specialist the fee is not just for materials but for the knowledge, expertise, specialty tools and professionalismAgain, [redacted] agreed to pay us $and we will not be bullied into a discount when we did what we agreed to do

We are more than willing to credit the account the $for work not completedAs we stated in the letter sent to the homeowner we did what was contracted and apologize if there was any confusion. We here at ABC Seamless take our customers satisfaction and quality of work

We at ABC Seamless take our customers and their satisfaction very seriouslyWe installed soffit, fascia, and gutters for the homeownerWhen the homeowner had a concern with the gutters leaking we had our production manager go out and he found nothing wrong with the
installationWhen they called again with a concern about the gutters leaking we sent the owner and office manager outWhat we found out was that the gutters were full of leaks and the downspouts were clogged not allowing the gutters to drainSo because we were there the owner cleaned the gutters out and unclogged the downspoutsThe homeowner told us she was not aware that her husband had put any derogatory remarks on the internet and would get them removedSo, as we stated the gutter and downspouts are installed and working correctlyIt is the homeowners responsibility to keep all leaves and debri and clean the guttersSee attached photos

No matter how simple you think the job was, we installed 2 rain barrels for an agreed upon price. We are not making an adjustment on the bill we do not feel that we took advantage or overcharged. This project was agreed upon with pricing before the work was scheduled. Now that we have completed the project bullying us into adjusting the price and complaining to the Revdex.com is not acceptable.

I do not believe you had ever done rain barrels or knew what it would take and neither did I. Again I say that this was an unfair price and I was stupid to agree not having done my home work on installing the barrels. As it was, I took the barrels out of the boxes and set them out at the down spout location. Your worker cut the gutter. That's it! I really had no choice but to voice how outrageous the price I agreed to in my ignorance. I can not recommend your business to any one even though your worker was very gracious .
