I have never received worse service than what was experienced with this person [redacted] the ownerHe took my deposit without providing a written estimate, only verbalHe never came on the day he was suppose to come and fix the leak in our roofI never heard from this person for a whole week despite all of the phone calls and text messages of how worried I was about the money I just gave to himHe said he was sick with a tooth acheI asked him next time to please at least text me I am sickHe looked at our roof and said he knew exactly what it wasHe charged for the roof repair and only replaced two shingles in three months time and the roof leaks even more than beforeHe also replaced two beams on our deckHe told me that no one is using pretreated lumber anymore...Really???? He replaced with beams that did not match of some other woodBoth beams immediately were split from the top to the bottom of the beams where he screwed them in too muchI spent three months running after this person to make things right because nothing was fixed and I had given him at this pointHe made two more appointments with me that I had to get out of work and lose payI told him to please be committed that he would show up because I was getting to know him by nowYou guessed it, he did not show up and every time he did not answer my messages for more than a weekHe did finally show up to replace the beams on the deck because I told him I researched and their are pressure treated beams at lowes for each and he charged to replace and it only took one hour...really???? I was very reasonable in this situation where I always gave him the benefit of the doubt and kept trying to work with himHe would say he would power wash the deck, replace a screw on the deck and many more which he would never doHe made a dent in the casing on our outside door that took a chunk of wood out of itHe said that he would fix it and said look at it after work tomorrow and it will be all newHe never came to fix what he damagedHe told me, as soon as it is raining and the roof is leaking, text me and I will come over right awayI did as he said for three weeks straight and he never answered me or showed up againI text him that it has been three months and the roof just keeps leaking, he stood me up three times and the roof is still not fixed even though I paid him to fix the roofI asked for back of the roof money since he never returned or fixed itWell, you guessed itHe will not return my money and he never did the workCAUTION: DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON TO DO ANYTHINGHE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO!!!!!!
