On the night of April 7th, *** *** approached our front desk staff and started yelling and questioning why did she hung up the phone? The staff member tried cool down the situation and tried to understand the problem clearly, however was unsuccessfulOn several occasions, the Staff member
tried to explain there must be a misunderstanding that she didn't hung up the phone, but *** *** keep insisting and yelling to the staff member in a very disrespectful manner.The yelling and screaming continued for minute and the situation started to disturb other guest, at this time the staff member convinced that she wasn’t able to cool the situation down, that is when she called the local policeonce the local police arrived, she was given a choice to go up to her room and talk to the Management staff on the next morning*** *** started arguing with the officer and refused to comply with the officer suggestionThat is when the officer decided to escorted her out of the hotel

May 31, 2016Dear ***, First would like to assure you that we have conducted an internal investigation, reviewed all the surveillance cameras as well as interviewed the employee in question at multiple timesemployee has received a call around 11:47pm on April 7"that lasted about a minuteAfterward, *** *** arrived at the hotel 12:am asking employee "Why she hung up the phone on her" and employee had attempted, first to understand and second to control the situationUnfortunately, this continued for minutes and employee decided to call her supervisor, which she was advised to contact the local policeAt 12:18Am which is about minute after arrival to the hotel *** *** started to videotaping employee using her cell phone, at the time employee was being confronted and started to feel uncomfortablearound t 12:arm the police have arrived and gave *** *** was given an option to go up to her room and address the issue to management on the next morning, however, that didn't happen and the officers escorted *** *** out the hotelSince, I personally have spoken to *** *** on the phone and offered my apology for the possible miscommunication, but *** *** insisted for a written letter stating that the employee had lied about hanging up the phone, unfortunately advised *** *** I wasn't able to force an employee to write a statement that is completely inaccurate- In addition, while conducting e interview with employee, found the employee statement to be consistent with the surveillance cameraTwo, our business depends on a customer idyalty and has no reason neither to tell guest she is not in the hotel nor not to give a directionThree, our front desk staff receives 100s of calls daily for multiple inquiry and this is the first time being accused of not willing to give direction or to tell a registered guest not to be in Our Systerst and finally, there were multiple guest at the front desk area at the time of the incident

Sewer overflowed three times in last 6 months. Abc plumbing came all three times-twice without a charge-which was good. However, they would have been better off not even coming. The second time they came back the guy didn't even introduce himself just came to door wearing some shirt that said"don't talk to me without a beer in your hand." Cleaned out the line and had no explanation as to why it was happening. The third time was two months later- sewer backed up again. The guy was in and out so fast. He didn't clean the line out. Just ran water to see if the water was flowing. Then he left. I ended up calling our city. Which was the smartest thing I did. They ran a camera through our pipes which showed 50% blockage. Had abc plumbing did their job to begin with none of this would have happened!! Do not use this company!!

Workers smoked pot, outside my house,hit my car in the driveway.

We called to have emergency service for backed up sewage at 7pm. No one called us until 10pm. At that time we were told they would be to our house in 15 to 20 minutes. They didn't get to our home until after 11pm. We were never informed that it may be that late. We have two small children in our home. We would have then gone with a different company or waited until morning if we would have known.

I received very good service from ABC Sewer & Drain Cleaning, Inc.
The person who cleaned out my drain was experienced and did a great job. He had to break off the cap to the drain pipe and he replaced it with a new one.
