I the [redacted] and the customer [redacted] have talked about the issues that she has talked about in this complaint, and we have determined that some of this issues are part frailer, and some our air flow issues that we are going to take care of at no charge. Also...
we have agreed that we will have 2 senior supervisors to come out on Monday to go though the whole unit and take care of any other issues she may have, which we will take care of because the unit has a warranty, I have also offered to extend her Labor warranty to 2 yr. after we get the issues taken care of. Me and the customer have agreed that taken care off these issue would satisfy this complaint, and no other action would need to happen. I am happy that me and [redacted] could come to a resolution that we could both agree with. [redacted] I wanted to thank you for taking the time to resolve this issue with me.
