Review: We had a problem with sludge in our oil tank which is in the ground. ABC was recommended by [redacted] which is our oil company. When job was completed ABC gave me a bill claiming there was 180 gallons of oil in the tank when they started and they removed 60 gallons of sludge and that 120 gallons of good oil was put back into the tank. Later that evening my boiler wasn't working. Called my oil company and they sent a service man to check the problem. He got it started but approx. 30 min later went out again. Next morning service man came again and after spending a couple of hours trying to find the problem check to see if I had oil in the tank. He found 68 gallons, not the 120 that ABC claimed they put back in the tank. I had to get an emergency oil delivery in order to have enough oil to fill the needs to get the boiler started. This cost me $1,035 dollars extra added to my normal oil delivery bill. I stopped the check payment of $1,371.83. Had a conversation with [redacted] from ABC and I suggested I pay the difference between what they charged and what I had to pay extra because of their action. He refused and started cursing and threatened me if I did not make full payment. As senior citizens we shouldn't be treated this way. I tried to negotiate a settlement and he refused to even discuss any other possibilities.Desired Settlement: Make a settlement based on the problems caused by their actions
