We have been working on this via emailAs discussed we are going to have the magnets corrected, adjusted, and reprinted at no cost.You did provide a new file to resolve the issue with the phone number being incorrect, but there was a white gap at the top of the new file that you were unhappy with and wanted to eliminateWe are making the adjustments requested at no additional cost to eliminate the white gap in the top and match the colors to red and blue values that we know work well with our printers.I will have a new proof for you to review and approve which I will be sending via email later this afternoon, Monday, February, 27th

I am rejecting this response because:The representative is deflecting and unwilling to accept that their company mishandled our design." I'm currently investigating this issues described with our art and production teams." is an unacceptable response, and unless they are willing to produce a new shipment of magnets free of cost, we would like a refund for time and employee hours lost trying to come to a resolution because we have no paid them twice.• The colors are wrong.• The telephone number is wrong.• The print was misaligned. • The printing quality is pixelated and not sharp around the Owens Corning Logo

Also, I saw that you mentioned fuzzy and misaligned print so I wanted to get a bit of clarification on thatWas the word "Specialists" on the one magnet shown in the photograph the only area illustrating the fuzzy and misaligned print? Could you send any more photographs showing any other portions of the magnet that did not print within your standards so that I may review and correct any issues we're having??
