My mother and I went here to eat lunch on Sept 8,thA server came over to us and told us it was her first day working thereWe decided on what we wished to orderThe server then ask us what sides we would likeI ask, does it come with sides, she said yesTo make sure she asked the manager/owner to find out for sureShe came back and said yes that our items come with sidesWe ask what sides we could pick and we each made a selectionWhen it was time for the billWe were charge for the sidesWe would never have gotten the sides if we new they were extraThe manager/owner was very rude and says she does not make mistakes and that I should have know the menu and it was my own fault even if her own employee checked with her to see if it was with the orderI asked why she was making me pay for her employee mistakeAgain, no I am sorry or anything, just that I should have known how to read a menuIf I had not asked, and the server had not checked then I would understandNever going back here, they are more concerned about misleading customers then customer serviceA good manager or owner would have saw that a new employee made a mistake and ate the extrasBut this owner does not care about customer serviceMost of all it was the owners fault for telling the employee it was includedI should have refused to pay for the extras and called the policeMy bill should have been between $and $for my mother and me, not $Most of all the owner was very rude

In response to the complaint I would like to provide the following facts to show why ABC Towing only did what is was contracted to do by the request of the property.  To start off, ABC Towing can only and does only respond to tow illegally parked vehicles from [redacted]  @...

[redacted] once we are directed by the Management. Car at these locations have assigned spots.  ABC Towing does not make any decision if a car is illegally parked or not.  That is strictly a management decision.  Once they decide that and we are dispatched via telephone to our office we arrive and the management points out the vehicle that is to be towed.  I do not know why the vehicle was towed but would suggest that the customer contact the management of the building.We do not get involved in that part of the process. We only make sure a representative from the building is present to authorize the removal of the correct vehicle.  ABC Towing does in fact accept credit cards but only when the vehicle towed belongs to the credit card holder.  It is the policy we have come up with our credit card company( to help prevent fraud )  only to accept credit cards for cars owned by the credit card holder.  In this case the car was owned by someone other then credit card holder, therefore why a credit card could not be accepted. As far as directions, our policy is to give the address of the location of the vehicle ( as we did ) and not generally get into giving directions because we are not always familiar with every address.  We find it better to give the address and general directions as to not confuse anyone who is coming here. Sometimes the landmarks we know are not ones familiar with the driver coming to our location.    Hopefully this answers most of the consumers concerns.  I am available via phone if there is anything else that is needed from ABC Towing.

Review: I went to the Stop & Shop located at [redacted] to buy a cup of coffee, but when I left my car I realized I left my keys inside. I went back home for the keys and returned to my car hours later, to find it was booted by ABC Towing and Recovery. There are no signs indicating any rules about parking on the vicinity. I looked around and they only have couple of stickers with the Towing company information and information regarding OVERNIGHT parking. When I called them, they accused me of staying overnight, which I didn't. Then another representative told me that I couldn't park there because it was private property. They requested payment of $70. I gave them my credit card information. Only after taking my card info and my authorization, the representative disclosed an additional $3.91 for card payment. She should have disclosed the fee prior to getting my card info. That's misleading and a failure to disclose additional fees prior to exercising paymentsI received an email confirmation of the payment, which includes a forged signature of mine. I authorized a payment, but never authorized them to sign a thing on my behalf and I'm shocked that they forged my signature. They should have disclosed a need to generate an electronic signature instead of forging my signature on a financial transaction.I called them to clarify the issue With the signature, the representative said it was just a "scribble" and that I authorized it. I never authorized anyone to sign any documents under my name, therefore it's a forgery. I wasn't provided a bill of rights, I wasn't given proper disclosures regarding fees or usage of my name, nor they have correct signage on the parking to avoid this situation. I have pictures of the minimal signs they post, with no rules or warnings, just their name and number.Furthermore, the bill they sent has no phone number or their legal name or any information except a google map screenshotDesired Settlement: I demand the entirety of the transaction ($73.91) to be reimbursed to me for their failure to provide proper signs, failure to disclose additional fees, failure to provide a bill of rights and failure to disclose how my personal information (I.e signature) would be used

Review: Yes good day I would like to file a compliant against abc towing which is owned by a person named [redacted] This towing company, towed 2 of my vehicles in a lot which I was wrong for parking in , but my problem is I've been trying to communicate with the [redacted] of the towing company to try and remedy my problem since 8 o clock in the morning of may ** , 2015 and have not received a call back since then. I have also left numerous messages on his voice answering mail but have not received a call back either. I've been trying to contact him thru the telephone number of [redacted] but to no avail. I have also tried to locate his offices but if you look him up he has three addresses in port chester and it seems that he cannot be located in either one of them. The three addresses are [redacted], then there is [redacted] and the other in fox island all three of which are in port chester and I managed to locate but nobody was to be found physically to remedy my situation of paying to get my cars out of his possession. Now I have understood that there is a surcharge for everyday the car is parked in his lot, and I have two cars in his possession I feel its not fair that I pay for every extra days that my cars are parked there because he does not want to answer his phone I will pay what is fair since I found out my cars got towed but if he does not answer his phone or return the messages I left on his voicemail then I feel that is not my fault I am trying to remedy this problem like I said as soon as possible please help me. so would like to pay what is fair since I found out about my vehicles and not another day more because he has two of my cars I fell he is scamming me by bring to get more days out of my vehicles in his lot by not answering his phone.Desired Settlement: As I have stated I would like to pay the [redacted] of abc towing the proper and fair amount of my vehicles stored in his lot since the time I have been trying to get in contact with him since 8 A.M. to 1 p.m. of May **, 2015 and I feel I should not pay any more days of storage because he is not answering his phone I will continue to call but I feel he is trying to extract more days out of me because he have both my cars.

Review: Abc towing provided a tow for my 2000 [redacted] on 05/21/2015.. they towed at 4:51 pm and did not arrive at location until 9:40pm

they dropped of vehicle two houses down the street had to meet there since they had dropped the vehicle

settled account and drove vehicle to home parked

Following day noticed back window was damaged

called towing company immediately and informed of damage

Have continuously contacted to resolve problem

have had no response for owner or supervisor

have left numerous messages with dispatch

Had to replace damaged window cost 270.00

I did pay for tow which was 150.00

need resolution from companyDesired Settlement: I would like refund of tow and of cost of repair
