Hello, I am in receipt of the consumer complaint you sent. I have been in contact with Management at the Chanhassen store and have gotten her side of the story and have been in contact with the CEO.
Our return policy has been any return or...

exchange must include a gift receipt and/or the original receipt. There is a number on the receipt for us to find out actually how much a customer actually paid for the item and when they purchased it. Our return policy is return within 30 days with a receipt receives money back. Exchange up to 90 days with a receipt a consumer will receive store credit. Twelve years ago we made this change when theft was an issue and consumers were walking up to the counter and doing returns for product that they never purchased; therefore, a store policy was started for all returns and/or exchanges to have a gift receipt and/or receipt and this stopped that problem. The policy is posted at the stores and is printed on all receipts.
As far as credit cards go that is correct, we do not store credit card numbers and do not ever intend to do this....this is not safe in our opinion.
I have been in contact with the CEO and he has never rec'd an email, letter, and/or telephone call from this consumer.
After research of this transaction, we will be in contact with the consumer.
