Review: I would like to request a full refund in the amount of $1,350.00 dollars from ABC training. The course I registered and completed was [redacted] I am also willing to give back my certificate of completion to them. However, the books are used and marked up and I don't know if they would want those back.

The reason why I am requesting a refund is because I feel the preparation from the teacher [redacted] was inferior service. I say this because upon trying to study for the state exam for the above courses ( I am currently doing the EKG first) I purchased the study guide along with the online exam. To my surprise when I tried to take the online study exam I could not get past question five. I see that there were many questions about the leads placement, diagrams of the heart contractions, things about the heart that were not reviewed in depth in class. I am very infuriated about the service, I thought that whatever she taught for the four weeks (the length of this course was 4 weeks) she was being sufficient. FYI I did take 8 weeks total for both classes from which she was out for maybe about 2 weeks total ( that's what I could remember). We did have a sub but the results at the end speaks for itself. Additionally, looking at my syllabus (which I am discovering now) for my [redacted], [redacted] was NOT covered for us. I have it right here and it says [redacted] lesson 7. If you do an investigation you can ask anyone in class if this was covered. I am the student and they were suppose to provide full services on their end. It is not my responsibility to make sure they do their job.

I am in disbelief with how sloppy these lessons were taught, I trusted the school and thought that whatever was being taught was what was suppose to be taught. I do not wish to return to this school after filing this complaint. Like I mentioned earlier I am willing to give back my certificate so as long as I get my full refund in the amount of $1,350.00. This school was a big waste of my time and I am very depressed over the outcome. I now have to figure out where can I go for the same thing AGAIN but this time a reputable, reliable school. I do not have money to spend again that is why I really would like the refund since I have to start over.

We have contacted the complainant directly and resolved the matter. The complainant will be issued a full refund immediately upon providing documented proof that the Revdex.com complaint has been withdrawn.

By simply contacting the [redacted] directly, the issue could have been resolved in five minutes. The complainant never made a complaint of any kind to school management or any other school personnel. Not even so much as a phone call.

While considering the complaint to be baseless, and being under no legal obligation whatever to refund as much as a nickel given the facts of this complaint, ABC is not interested in having a single unhappy customer, nor do we have desire or need for such a customer's money. We have been in business for over 40 years and have an excellent record and a stellar reputation. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Education, Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision. ALL of our course curriculums, instructors, classrooms, textbooks, equipment, and facilities are licensed and regulated by New York State on a continuous basis. The same scrutiny holds true for our graduation rate and for our job placement assistance. We graduate over 2,500 students every year, and provide first-rate training and preparation for all state and national licensing exams. Our graduates are working in hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices, nursing homes, and private homes throug hout the tri-state area, and are much sought after.

Unfortunately, ABC has no expectation of a fair resolution from the Revdex.com of any complaint, having in the past declined their offer to be an "approved" business for the payment of a fee. ABC provides all customers with a clearly delineated procedure for the resolution of all issues, and unlike the Revdex.com, do so seeking no further profit.
