ABC Transmission Shop

Took vehicle in a few months back after having a transmission line replaced the business kept car for a few days then notified me the transmission needed to be rebuilt or new one purchased I chose to have the transmission rebuilt service was completed and year warranty offered
Not even a few months later, the transmission was once again slipping when I took it in, they tried to tell me the warranty was voided because I had the transmission line work done after the transmission (from looking at it) they proceeded to say if the other mechanic would remove the transmission and they on did another rebuild, they would give me a discount of only $ I then took it back to the mechanic that replaced the line originally before the transmission work was completed
this mechanic took the line out and stated the transmission shop must have damaged the line when replacing the line because it was crimped and causing all transmission fluid to leak out He repaired the line for

the line broken next to the radiator, and [redacted] informed that he had recently replaced the radiator, to which we suggested he return to given shop to fix the line and we explained that an external damage line would not be covered under warranty. He says we left it like that we do not believe that is the case because when we repaired the transmission on 6/11/16 and he had the problem on 3/14/17, 9 months had passed, we then thought that it would be impossible for it to take 9 months for the line to break. We believe that after we fixed the transmission was when the radiator job was done, we did tell him that if the repair shop removed the transmission we would fix it for $600 dollars to which he agreed. We added more oil and he took the vehicle to the repair shop of the radiator. He returned telling us that the mechanic felt bad for what had happened and would be removing the transmission free on charge and agreed to bring the transmission. He never brought it or called by telephone, but he had agreed. From the start when he brought the vehicle on 6/8/16 we explained what the problem was with this transmission and he needed to reconstruct it and he agreed to the price and warranty and the terms stipulated in (warranty agreement)
