I would like to thank ABC tire for the third party suggestion. As the insurance company has already been part of the third party, and has assured me, and after speaking with the adjuster. That they also informed ABC tire that the rim was not damaged due to any impact. That that would leave only one thing causing the damage, and that would be the mounting of the new tire on the rim. I am also thanking ABC tire again for the third party suggestion, as of right now I have appointments tomorrow and the following day with two other tire and state certified inspection station to have the rim looked at for any reason it should be cracked other than the root cause which is ABC truck and tire, I am hoping a state certified inspector is good enough for the third party. I truly do thank you for your suggestions, keep them coming as the more you suggest to me the more you point the finger in your own direction THANKS ABC TRUCK AND TIRE. The responses to the question of what cracked the rim will be forwarded to the Revdex.com in written form if I can have the management or the inspector put it in writing so that I may have even more evidence that the damage was not caused by myself

I tried to type the response to the complaint in the HTML provided but it would not let me  type anything into it.  I do not accept the following as a liable portion of the complaint from the business.

They did not provide me with a chance to take the vehicle to a dealer, I took the vehicle to the dealer after they would not remedy the situation by replacing that which they broke.  The dealer was not able to determine whether or not they were the cause of the damage, but the insurance adjuster did say that it was not from something that was hit on the road as their was no visible damage other than the crack and if something had been hit the damage would have been on both the inside of the rim and the outside of the rim in the same area, not 180 degrees apart on the front and back..  I would be more than willing to provide the phone number to the [redacted] adjuster and they can speak with them directly on the issue.   The dealer was not able to prove fault but the dealer also stated that it was not from something that was hit with the rim, as their would have been more damage than the zero percent of damage on the rim when it was found cracked.  The dealer also said that if the rim was placed on any tire changing machine incorrectly that it could and would crack the rim.  The vehicle had 50,000 miles on the original tires, and has never had an issue until this particular time.  I spoke with ABC truck and tire several times, and also let the manager that day know that in the military we are taught about honor and integrity, I am not breaking my integrity for no one.  ABC truck and tire should think about the definition of integrity.

is our response.
We still do not believe that we were the cause of the crack
in the wheel. We have found multiple pictures on the internet, of very similar
wheel cracks, and they are all from road damage; something that can occur over
time, not just one incident.
We are willing to take the wheel, with [redacted], to a neutral
3rd party to have them look at the wheel and give their professional
opinion. If they say that we/ our machine was the cause fo the damage, we will
pay for the new wheel.
We stand behind out services, and want our customers to be
happy. We look forward to continuing to try and resolved this issue with **
[redacted].

The customer reached out to the Revdex.com and said that the business has not been able to set up an appointment with a neutral third party to review this information and that the shop they mentioned has ties with the business. This has still not been addressed by another shop and no work is being done by the business to assist as previously stated.

Review: Had tiress put on my car due to the tread being low after 51000 miles. The rear passenger tire would not hold air took back to shop to get fixed was informed that the rim was cracked rim was not cracked prior to this. They refuse to replace the room.Desired Settlement: Replace the rim they broke by buying a new one and allowing me too have someone else put it on the vehicle
