Review: They keep taking money out of my checking account. I had a $200 loan and They have stolen over $600 of my money!!! They need to get shut down asap!!!Desired Settlement: to see this place shut down so they cant take advantage of anyone else!!!!!!!

Review: I borrowed $200 dollars around Jan 2015. I have been paying $87.00 every 2 weeks since that time. According the their policy, even though they are taking $87.00 every 2 weeks, you are only paying the interest and you have to pay them a payment of $200.

I have paid over $2088 in interest.Desired Settlement: A payoff from the payments made to them and refund of over payment

On December 23, 2014 my husband took out a loan for $200. On January 2nd the first $87 deduction came out and was clearly listed as ABC wages on our account.. Fast forward to June 8th,19th two more $87 charges. At this point we have paid $261 on a $200.. If the interest agreed upon is $87 dollars then we should be $26 away from settling our loan. What a relief.. Wait not at all!! These criminals had a field day with our account. Drafting strange checks to a company called KAS with my husbands name account # on them???!! 14 charges of $87, totaling $1,218 resulted from this "loan". When I called to correct the obvious error the women on the phone was beyond rude and refused to help me because my husband was the name on the loan. When he called she hung up on him!!!!!! This is a total scam! We are a young single income family and this hit has been really devastating for us.

Review: I called about a short term loan and while waiting about being approved they went ahead and deposited the money into my account with out me telling them I wanted the loan right then.as I found out I called them back and they told me not to worry about it the payments are only 87.00 a mth so I went ahead and had them take out 87.00 a month and the loan was only for 200.00 and I have rescently found out they have taken out well over 1,000 bucks from my account when they told me the intrestes was only 87.00 for the total loan would to pay back would be only 287.00Desired Settlement: I would like to have all the money put back in my account except the 287.00 I owe them

no matter how desperate you are for cash. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. My one year old son could run a company better. deceiving and cocky.

Review: On 12/31/2013, I requested a loan amount of $200.00. During that time of the payment process. I called in to ABC Wages and advise the REP that my account number was incorrect. I provided them with the correct account number to receive the payment. I also explained to the Representative that if the payment did not post to the correct account I would like to cancel, if it did I would like the payback withdrawn on 01/09/2015.

When the payment was sent to my bank [redacted] they did a transaction called county-OUC where they submitted the ACH to the correct account for $200.00. During the following week on Friday 01/09/2015. I notice NO ACH was withdrawn for a payback of $287.00 to ABC Wages. I went online and notice that I owed $374.00 I was shocked. The offices were closed on the weekend. So I called on Monday morning 01/12/2015

I finally spoke to representative by the name of [redacted] whom advise me that the reason I'm being charged 287+87 was because I did not call in to request that the money was to be debited on 01/09/2015. I explained that I did call in and I did spoke to a Rep 1. Providing them with the correct account number 2. telling them to withdraw payment on 01/09/2015. She explain to me that I did not call to request this transaction. And advise me that I need to learn to read the terms and condition before I select to borrow from a payday loan company, She then disconnected the line.

I called back and spoke to a Rep who first stated her name was [redacted] on the call. on a second call her was [redacted].

She began to help me and advise to me that I should only have to pay 287.00... I explained to her online states that I owe 374.00.. She stated that only if the ACH is sent back from my bank. I advise her no one updated my Banking information. She looked in the notes and told me my correct account number. But stated it was not updated to the system. She also told me my bank did an OUC. I'm being charge extra because no one updated my account information.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the correct amount agreed upon which was 287.00. I do not which to be charge an addition $87.00. I also would like this company to be investigated on Customer Services and how the Agents are treating the Customers The agents tend to hang up the phone and never send you to a supervisor they tell you to go online and submit a ticket. No body seems to understand or care to assist. I should not have to pay double because no one updated my account number.

Review: February 2015 I realize I was being charged $87 twice monthly on a loan I received from ABC WAGES in December 2014, I was told that in order to discontinue the fee of $87 from being debited out of my account twice a month and pay the loan off. I needed to request the loan be paid in full in the amount of $287. I agree and gave this company permission to debited my account the following week in Feb 2015 with an customer servic rep. Not only did the company FAIL to debit my account to pay off the loan in Feb 2015, but they have since continuously debited my acoount in the amount of $87 twice monthly to "extend" the loan. When speaking to ANOTHER customer sevice rep in June 2015, I was quite upset about the issue and received the rudest response from the rep, followed by a 'hang up'. I called back spoke to ANOTHER who was professional who informed e there's no supervison by a supervisor that I could speak to. I then set up another date for the loan to be paid and again this company FAILED to take the funds out of my account as instructed. This company is presently charging me $87 twice monthly to this day, for their inadequacy. Im at the point of seeking legal advice in regards to this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund me all my money back from February 2015, when I initially request funds be debited out of my account.

Review: I took out a $200 loan on 12/3/14. I was advised that $87 would be debited from my bank account each pay day until the loan was paid in full. I get paid twice a month and am still paying the $87 per paycheck without he balance of the loan going down. I paid the $87 on 12/15, 12/31, 1/15, 1/31, 2/15, 2/28, 3/15, 3/31, and 4/15 totaling $783.Desired Settlement: I would like my loan to be closed and considered paid in full.
