Does not pick up trash regularly. Even though I pay my bill regularly. Can't ever get customer service on the phone. Our trash is not picked up regularly. Some weeks it's like they skipped our house. Last week (1/5/2014) our trash was not picked up. This week (1/12/2014) I had extra bags due to them not picking up last week. They did empty my can this week, but left the extra bags. I have tried to call them for 2 days with no answer. Today (1/15/2014), I called and their number is disconnected. Desired SettlementI would like a refund. I paid on 1/10/2014. I would like them to pick up their can and give me a refund!

ABC has not fulfilled trash pick up obligation and has not informed customers as to when they will. Trash spilling over.City of [redacted] took over trash pick up on 01-10-14 in [redacted] subdivision. ABC picked up trash on 12-27-13 and was suppose to on 01-01-14, but due to New Year holiday, they did not -- even though they picked up the Friday after Christmas (27th). Trash is spilling over. Cannot get ahold of ABC on phone. ABC has not communicated with customers. They should be responsible for trash pick up prior to 01-10-14 since customers pay in advance. ABC needs to pick up trash and haul away their tash cans. Customer Service is lacking. No way to run a business. Had no problem prior to this. If they picked up two days after Christmas, they could have picked up 2 days after New Year's.Desired Settlement(1) Pick up trash that was left at curb in the ABC trash can prior to [redacted] City taking over on 01-10-14. (2) Take away ABC trash cans.

Paid garbage disposal company to pick-up trash; company went out of business; promised refund; not gotten refundPaid ABC Waste $51.51 for garbage pick-up at my home for months of April, May & June, 2014. I have receipt where I paid. The company went out of business in May, 2014, but my garbage had not been picked up for several weeks prior to my finding out the company went out of business. Owner indicated he would refund monies to customers who had paid but not received the services. I wrote letter to ABC Waste, Inc. on 5/29/14 request refund. Send second letter on 10/10/14. The letters have not been returned. I have not received a refund. I had to pay another company for garbage disposal services for May and June, when I had paid ABC Waste for those services. I expect the refund promised. Desired SettlementI expect the refund for services I did not receive. The amount I paid was $51.51, and that was lower than usual, because the company had given me credit for numerous weeks in January-March that my garbage was not picked up.

ABC Waste placed a dumpster at my home for debris clean up after a loss at my home. I have been unable to reach them and get that dumpster picked up. NO bill has ever been sent to me and their dumpster has become abandoned property at my resident full of debris resulting in tear out and repair to the residence premises. I have been sent a complaint against covenants in the subdivision and the Town of[redacted] for the dumpster. I do not own said dumpster, I have been unable to reach the owners as many others have and cant get it moved. I do not wish to be cited for code violations from the City of[redacted] and I need to know what to do to get this moved. Since it irritates the Town of[redacted] so much they should move it since it has become abandoned property of ABC Waste, Inc.[redacted]'s signature is on the letter as the Code Enforcement- Town of[redacted] and has failed to return my calls. The City of[redacted] consistently allowed raw sewage to back up into my home causing the loss to begin with and therefore is wanting to cite someone but not return calls and assist as to removing the dumpster. I will not pay the Town of[redacted] to move the Dumpster. I can't sell property that is not mine and no one will pick it up because of the fact that if ABC Waste should come looking for it I will have disposed of a dumpster valued over $500 in value and could be charged with possibly a crime or the people that remove it could be charged with a crime. The whole deal stinks and the code letter is just the addition to my problems since dealing with months of clean up from back up of sewers and drains.Desired SettlementAny help you can advise or contact the Town of[redacted] to take the property themselves and hold me harmless if they come and get it due to code violations and covenants. I can't honestly see the Town of[redacted] coming after me for something I can no control over. The town cited me for high grass and debris and my daughter and her boyfriend has to leave for a family emergency in Georgia and had to be out of town during the days in June when it rained straight for 11 days. Thus them being out of town and the grass in the back acreage along with the dumpster and a Bradford Pear tree that the storm during the 11 day rain stretch in June took out. I honestly do not know what to do. I have called the[redacted] Chamber trying to find the owner of ABC Waste, I have called the[redacted] Chamber and I have previously called the Town of[redacted] asking if any one has any information to please let me know because without some way to contact the company of the property and the code violations I have no way of getting it moved.

I pre-paid for trash pick up service, I am not getting service, nor have they refunded my money. I pre-paid for trash pick up service at 6 months for 137.40. Service is paid through July, 31, 2014. Advance payment is required by this company. This service has not been performed since late May. The phone number is no longer in service. I want a refund of services not rendered.
