I own a small business, offering window cleaning and pressure washing servicesOn average I purchase $30-50k worth of materials and equipment for my company every yearIn my experience the suppliers for our industry have always gone above and beyond in every way imaginableThey are an invaluable component and partner in our operationsABC Window Cleaning Supply is unfortunately the first company I have dealt with that is the exact opposite of what I value with my other suppliersI received a modest sized order from them with several components either incorrect, poorly manufactured and outright damagedI first called to inquire about solutions, expecting to have the components replaced as soon as possibleInstead there solution was that I "fix" the poorly manufactured and damaged components myself, insisting that the damage was something I was imagingFrankly I was shocked at there responseUpon further consideration I decided it would be best to just return the order and purchase the items elsewhereABC Window Cleaning Supply refused to pay for return shipping of the damaged components and told me that I would be "lucky" if they did not assess a 20% restocking feeI went around in circles with a manager for 10-minutes and finally just gave up in disgustI have never been treated so poorly by a company beforeI can say with certainty that I will let everyone I know in the industry know about there poor business practices and advise others to avoid giving this company any of your businessThere are a lot of other great companies to purchase from that care about the customer and strive to help us build better businesses

Do not purchase from these folks....they advertise on line.....post FREE SHIPPING and then charge you for shippingWhen you contact them for an explanation they state (verbatim from Josh ***....a purported owner of the company).....yeah that may appear but not always is that the case.....and then they try and negotiate shipping chargesIf you can't believe what they put in writing at time of sale....how can you believe anything else that they tell you or put in writing????
