Paid to get phone repaired. Went multiple time because repair worsened condition of my phone. Employess told me they would take care of it but didnt.Started when I went to ABC wireless on Oct. 31, 2014 to get my phone repaired before my trip to New Orleans. Phone still had an issue with screen sensitivity, they told me to go to New Orleans and bring the phone back once I return. Did just that. Went to [redacted] (all phones of ABC wireless are sent there to get fixed by [redacted] I was charged on 11/03/2014 $139.09. 11/3/14 I dropped my phone back off to get it fixed and received it back 11/4/14 and the front camera had glue on it. Went back on 11/6/14 to get it fixed. This time I was told to take it straight to [redacted] in Memphis. I spent 7 hours sitting at the store waiting for my phone, I have people who can vouch for me. Went numerous times till the end of November when I was going to India. My phone was still messed up and I called [redacted] at [redacted] and he told me that I can bring it back after my trip from India and he will fix it for me. Got back from India and went to ABC wireless on 01/22/15 and dropped it off telling them to fix it like they promised. They didn't, the owner [redacted] had said I have to pay again since I took it with me and came back. I then started recording my phone conversations with the staff. Ranging from [redacted] and [redacted] I have them saying they will fix my phone, that they will take care of it when I get back from India and all. Finally [redacted] an owner, got irritated with me calling all the time to fix my phone and told me he wouldnt fix my phone but he will get it diagnoses, this was at the beginning of April. They still had my phone since I dropped it off in January. Found out my phone had been put in a scrap pile! They had to dig it out and find it...neglect of customer and customer property! I had to buy a new phone because of them. [redacted] said he tried to call me telling me what was wrong with my phone but I had no miss call or voicemail. When I asked him about that he said he tried and I didnt pick up. As a business owner you should be more professional when handling a customers phone. I have been dealing with them for 6 months now...still dont have my phone! I told [redacted] that I had been recording the conversations of him and his employees since February and he started denying everything immediately. Desired SettlementI would like my [redacted] to be fixed and also replaced with a brand new one since their attempts made the phone worse. If they do not fix my phone then I would like a refund of my initial payment along with a brand new [redacted] phone. And for them to pay for my [redacted] that I was forced to buy because they could not deliver my phone back to me fixed for 6 months. I want this company to realize that as a business you should be more professional and take care of your clients instead of yell at them on the phone ( I have that recorded)
