Company was suppose to repair window motor and replace battery in the vehichle When vehicle was purchased back in summer of the battery wasn't holding a charge , windows didn't down,doors wont lock and Mr [redacted] said would order new battery and replace window motor and call to bring vehicle in to be fixedMy daughter has been goin by dealership every week and always being told come by another day She goes back and told the sameOrdered part but on back orderOrdered part but company never sent and has to file a complaint on themWent back and he says will order from local dealerWent back and says will have next weekEvery week she goes in he says come ack in a week or two and still no partI had to go ahead and replace the battery because went dead on my kids and I and would not crank nor charge any longerBeen stuck on several occasions due to a dead battery that was promised to be replaced
