We apologize for this customer's inconvenience at having to repeatedly address this issue with the Company's billing.  The company was drastically behind in billing as of the dates in question, but has since worked diligently to resolve its' late billing issues, and is now current with...

billing.  There is a misunderstanding as to there being 'an attorney cc'd on the note' to the Customer (which was an automatically generated "Statement of Account"); in fact, this cc was an automatic cc to the insurance adjuster involved in this customer's account.  The insurance adjuster's email has now been taken off the Customer's account.  The Company has given the customer a full credit for this billing as promised, and there is now a zero balance outstanding.The Company hopes this is now satisfactory to this customer.

False billing and double billing from over 8 months ago. Not crediting payment and billing for work not authorized. Making more damage on purpose.

Called this company for help in an emergency and they took advantage of the situation and double billed for services not required. Even told me they were going to give me a bigger bill on purpose so our insurance company can give us more money. Then when we paid him for this service he billed us again for the same thing and send the bill to us 4/2013 for work he supposedly did in Oct 2012. When we disputed the charges and tried to talk with him he lied first to me and then to my husband and then sent it to collections. I have many people acknowleding the failure of him fixing or doing the things he said he did. For example to clear out a water line that we know is ONLY 2 zones he charged us for 2 days of work and overtime for 6 zones. Last year he charged us $70 for this 2 zone service and it took an hour. Now it is a $600. charge. He is fraudulent and using illegal workers to come to our house at all times. THEn he bills for work we did NOT authorize. He shows up and does the work we did even know about and then bills us. He also caused more damage during the process so he can bill us more. We have used this guy for years and all of a sudden all this HANKY PANKY. Now we had another guy come and show us the scam he did while he was on our property to switch to another problem. SO sad to see this man stoop to this kind of stuff. Shameful.
