Review: I received the name of ABCO appliance repair from [redacted] and [redacted] set up an appointment with ABCO for April 7th to fix my ice maker on my [redacted] refrigerator. The repair person said he needed to order the parts. He did not return to my house with the parts until 04/20/2015 at which time he installed a new ice maker service kit. He was paid 96.25. The next day I called and said the ice maker was still not working and he set up and appointment to come back May 5th and which time he told me he would order a new sensor and return the end of the week. Today is May 19th and the ice maker is still not working I have made several calls to company and not once have they returned my calls. When I do get someone in the office she says she will speak to the service person and get back to me. The parts for the unit were covered by [redacted], I am disputing the money they charge me for the service call ($96.25)Desired Settlement: If they do not want to work on my refrigerator I want the service call charge returned and would like a call explaining why they can not fix it or return my calls.
