ABCO Appliance Repair

Review: On July 2 I contacted ABCO to have them order a part for my defective dishwasher as indicated by the technician who had diagnosed the problem during the home visit a week before. Since then, I have contacted ACOS about twice a week and left several voice messages. When we spoke (my wife or I) to the CS representative, the story was always the same--"the technician has to check if the part arrived. I'll call you back." Needless to say, she never did; needless to say none of our voice mails were responded to despite the SLA of 24 hours.

This is an unconscionable level of customer service.Desired Settlement: I've been without the dishwasher for over 1 month now. I need the repair within a week or a refund of the initial charge as I'll have to seek service from another provider.
