I called the customer back Saturday Sept24thin the morningI worked late on Friday and went straight home due to a family commitmentI discussed the problem with the customer and informed her I would stop by during the week to inspect the problemI also agreed to
refund her the service call fee, which I didI received the notice from Revdex.com on MondayUpon arriving at her house on Wednesday the 28th., I found the pump motor running however no water was being pumped through the systemUpon investigating the problem, I found the valve on the inlet of the pump was in the closed position not allowing water to pass through the systemThe handle of the valve was malfunctioning so it appeared the valve was open although it was accuatly closedUpon correcting the valve position the system ran fineI explained the problem and recommended the valve be changedShe did not ask for a quote nor did I offer oneWhile I was at her house the complaint with Revdex.com was not mentioned by either of us, I don't know if she was aware that I received itWhile I was there I instructed her on how to correctly maintain the filterShe was not backwashing (cleaning) the filter properly and in all fairness this could have been causing the problem she claimed to have experienced Regarding the first followup in July, the serviceman I sent to her house found the system running fine upon his arrivalThis is a person who has been with my family's business for years and is very experiencedWhen I called her after that visit she accused my employee of lyingEach time I spoke to this customer about this problem or any other problem in the past she would display a shoot first ask questions later attitude accusing myself and my employees of incomptetece and dishonestyMy family has been in business since 1969, we did not do this by lying and doing poor workThank you, Fritz M*** PresABCS Pool Service

[redacted] .. I am happy that the business owner refunded me the service call charge of $150. If the pump was working correctly when the employee checked, why the outrageous charge ? I honestly don't believe the employee. Pump is running now but flow not full force . I have decided to find a more honest company to help maintain the pool.
