On September 30th, 2015, the customer subscribed to ABCya.com using her email address.Upon subscribing to the website the customer agreed to our "Terms of Use" ***, "Privacy Policy" ***), and "Payment Terms"
(***The customers states, "I first attempted to unsubscribe around months agoI continued to be charged the monthly feeI then unsubscribed again about three months agoNo change." Attached are activity logs showing that prior to 12/2/2016, the last time the customer successfully logged into her account was 12/14/This is evidence that the customer never even attempted to unsubscribe from the subscription. Additionally, we believe in transparency which is why an email notification was sent at the time of purchase and at the time of each subsequent monthly chargeThis email notification also contains the phone number to contact ABCya.com, as well as an email addressWe have attached an example of this email. Lastly, ABCya.com did see that the customer attempted to log into their account on November 1st, 2016, but this login attempt failed do to a bad passwordABCya.com saw this as an attempt to cancel the subscription and in good faith processed a refund for the latest charge as a one-time courtesy

representative on the telephoneI got billed $for September, October and November of this year".Our records indicate that the subscription was not created until September 15, and canceled on December 15, The account was actively used and signed into during the three months prior to cancelation in DecemberDue to the fact that the subscription was created in September, it would not have been possible for us to locate a subscription for you in August. The subscription is no longer active as stated above and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have.
