Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will accept the being offered by Bramble Towing, I understand that his concern was the delay of notificationI have tried many times to explain the delay but Ken does not want to hear the extenuating circumstances that caused the delay Also that I did not know what the noise was, I was sick just having major foot reconstructive surgery and I could just not deal with it at the timeI removed it from the impound lot and parked it until I could have it properly looked atI feel I am being punished for trying to do the right thing and not accuse the towing company when I didn't know what was wrong before I was capable to have it looked at.I want to thank you for helping me with this issue Regards, [redacted]
