Attached is a copy of are invoice copy of the affidavit filed to the State of Ohio by the Mariemont Police Department showing the own of the vehicle and copy of the paperwork filed to the collection agencyIf you contact the Mariemont police I'm sure the have the impound sheet and the certified letters that were mailed out to the owners.Thank youKen

As stated in my original complaint there were extenuating circumstances in the delay of looking into the issue with my truckKen was not willing to work with me or listen to thoseI have attached pictures of the damage caused by his tow truck driver RayI also have attached the invoice for the replacement drive shaft assemblyI am working on gathering notarized statements from my witnesses to the chain of events which will show that only Bramble Towing could have caused the damageI am also working on getting a statement from the policeman on the scene when the truck was towedBecause my word if not enough for MrProffitt. Below is the statement of events as they happened and will be proved by the notarized statements.On June 18th I was informed by my daughter that my truck was no longer parked on the street where I liveI contacted the police district and they confirmed it had been towed and was at the impound lot. On the 19th I called the impound lot to find out what was needed to pick up my truck.On the 19th around 4p my daughter picked me up from the rehab facility where I had been staying since my reconstructive foot surgery on 4/I had my foot in a boot and on a walker because I could not put any weight on my left footI was unable to drive the truckSo my son-in-law drove it off the impound lotMy daughter and I followed himHe pulled over to times stating that the truck was shaking violently and wasn't sure what was going on. Since my current situation prevented my from taking any action I had them park it in front of their house until I was out of the rehab facilityAt this point I had no idea what was wrong with the truck.On 6/I was released from the rehab facility. On 6/I called my nephew to see if he could get it towed out to his job. He was leaving for vacation for the 7/holiday and would look into it when he returnedOn 7/the new tow people were notified to pick it up because it was not drivableThey picked up on the 7/9 and I was notified that day after 5p that the drive shaft had been bent when Bramble towed it. I contacted impound lot on 7/after the weekend and requested to know what towing company dropped it off at their lot. They gave me Brambles' name and number. That is when I reported to them that their driver had bent the drive shaftSo Bramble is being not being co-operative because of my reporting the incident days after the towThe above extenuating circumstances and the fact that I was unaware of the damage caused by them until until 7/I was trying to be a responsible person making sure I was not accusing Bramble of breaking something they did not doI will be forwarding the notarized statements as soon as I can gather themIf needed I can also provide paper work from the Doctor and the rehab facility to verify the facts stated above.I only want Bramble to pay for the part that was damaged and show some compassion for a person that was a victim of circumstances.

We work for the police they are the one that impounds and tows the car. There also the there also the one that has all the owner information they don't give us any of that information. The police files the paperwork with the state of Ohio gets information of the owner and sends certified letters to...
the owners giving them so many day to come get the car. If the car is not picked up the police give us an affidavit to have the car disposed of and then the bill get turn in to collection. All this is done by the police not us we have no control over the time its done. If you can give the date the car was towed or some other information to look up the right car I'll be happy to pull the paperwork that was done by the police and forward to you. Thank you

copy of his drivers license and a note asking the release of the car but know
prof of ownership and she states they do not have any prof of ownership. We
have know way of knowing who the car belongs to and...
will not release a car to
someone if we don't know who the owner is. [redacted] has called a few time
yelling and using profanity dropping the F bomb and all I do not deserve to be
talked to like this she is not the own so I have know reason or wish to talk to
her anymore.

The car was ordered towed by the Cincinnati police because it was involved in a accident per are driver the owner removed the key and handed it to are drive with a Cincinnati police officer present that seen this. As far as coins we don't go in peoples car so we have know clue if there was coins in...
I talk with everyone at the impound and the officers and they all said the driver had no problems loading or unloading the truck. The truck was loaded on a flatbed and the car in tow seats on it wheels nothing touches the truck. And yes I have a problem that it took a month to make some one a where there's a problem. If it was mine soon as I pulled out of the impound I would went back and said something not right Less that's what everyone else does and the impound would made note of it. So I don't feel this was done by us but if it will make her happy I will pay $100.00 on the bill. Thank you[redacted]

next day June 19 2015 the truck was drove off the impound lot and nothing was every said or mention about the truck not running or driving right. Then on July 13/2015 The police impound and my self get a call saying the truck was damaged 30 all most 30 days after the truck was pick up. we have no clue who pick the truck up or who has been driving the truck. If the truck was damage it should have been to the attention of the impound lot or my self at the time it was pick up not 30 after. anyone or anything could have happen with in the 30 day. I will accept the 100.00 being offered by Bramble Towing, I understand that his concern was the delay of notification. I have tried many times to explain the delay but Ken does not want to hear the extenuating circumstances that caused the delay. Also that I did not know what the noise was, I was sick just having major foot reconstructive surgery and I could just not deal with it at the time. I removed it from the impound lot and parked it until I could have it properly looked at. I feel I am being punished for trying to do the right thing and not accuse the towing company when I didn't know what was wrong before I was capable to have it looked at.I want to thank you for helping me with this issue.
