ABD Appliance Distributors Inc.

On Jan 27th 2015, I hired R** D[redacted] of ABD Appliance to repair a refridgerator at my residence. He was unable to repair it and had to take it to his shop. Upon returnig the fridge, which he had repaired, he stated to me he had damaged one of the doors. He apologized and agreed to repair the damage. Mr. D[redacted] stated he would return in a week to do the repair, which he did not. After countless numbers of phone calls to him, and many excuses from him as to why he had not returned to repair the fridge as promised, I finally advised him him I would be taking him to small claims court to get him to follow through with the repair. After 2 1/2 months of waiting, Mr. D[redacted] finally arrived and repaired the damage to the door. I originally asked for an invoice after the initial repair but never received one. I demanded an invoice during the last visit, which he reluctantly gave me.
Because of the poor service I recieved, I do not recommend
