Abdelnabi Hybrid Battery

This’s TJ, We have used Abdelnabi Hybrid Battery about 3 years ago, the car still driving perfectly fine. Mr. Yaser one of the most trusted mechanic in my opinion. Our entire family have used his services for more than 5 years never one issue!

I am rejecting this response because: Please accept this rejection of the response given by Mr. [redacted] to my original complaint.  My complaint was basically that the product and service I purchased from this merchant, which was a replacement hybrid battery for my 2005 Toyota Prius, failed to fulfill the one year warranty asserted by the merchant.  True, the merchant did replace the first failed battery, which stopped working properly after about eight months.  However, when the second battery he installed failed after a few days, he asserted in multiple text messages he was sure there was a separate problem (other than the hybrid battery) with my car which was causing the battery to fail.  He said he would need to charge me for additional troubleshooting to correct this problem before installing another replacement battery.  At this point I began to question Mr. [redacted] expertise about the cause of the battery failures and decided the only way to resolve the question was to purchase and install a new battery from a Toyota dealership.  Once I installed the new battery, all trouble codes and operational problems with the car disappeared.  At this point I realized this merchant was either consciously or unconsciously incompetent and contacted him to request a refund.  He denied the refund request on the grounds that he would have been only willing to replace the battery again.  Mr. [redacted] makes reference to his website regarding the clarity of his warranty, but I don't find it to be clear at all.  In multiple locations throughout the website he states:  "12 month unlimited miles warranty on any work we do..."  It's not clearly stated what this means.  I would offer that if a merchant gives you a substandard product along with bad technical information, most people would find it reasonable to expect a refund.  Also written on his website is the statement:  "Proud to have met and exceeded all our customer's expectations and that's our goal!"  Well I'm certainly a customer who's expectations were definitely not met so Mr. [redacted] may need to modify or delete that sentence if he does not plan to follow it.  Bottom line is I did not receive what I paid for and was given false information as to the true cause of the problem.  Best Regards,[redacted]

“refund policy” that can be found at our home page on our web site under Warranty policy and refund policy so you can better understand our policies when we conduct any business with a customer.Now please let me proceed ..I have never denied any warranty work to any one have done business with us if there any in the past since I believe that CustomerService and customer satisfaction is my main goals and please read carefully my google plus page reviews you might be able to figure out what customer satisfaction meant to me !I have never denied Mr. [redacted] his Warranty,  also he haven’t even gave me a chance second time whenever the HV Battery faild as he stated in his statement!! (I haven’t seen or diagnosed the vehicle or the hybrid Battery at the second time it failed at he’s indicated in his statement!!I haven’t ask Mr. [redacted] to go and buy a brand new Hv Battery pack using my hybrid Battery pack as a core with his dealer !Mr. [redacted] asked for a refund after months of  using our product biased on his own personal opinion not biased on facts or a contracts that’s offering a refund.. please refer to our refund and warranty policy online on our home page.Mr. [redacted] decided on his own without giving us a chance to replace that defected hybrid Battery “per his statement” and he went on his way to buy another hybrid Battery pack and installed to his prius using a Toyota dealer that installed for him after his complete agreement!  and that it self can void his warranty completely “per our warranty policy” that’s  listed on our home page!We are here to help our customers with anything they need but also not to brake our policies or follow a personal opinions that’s not supported with any documentation or a logic “ with all the respect to any opinion “.At this point unfortunately we can’t do anything more than what we have offered to Mr. [redacted] specially after he brake our warranty policy by agreeing on buying another hybrid Battery pack and after he gave a permission to a Toyota technician to work on his prius taking our hybrid Battery pack out” that’s opening “tempering and removing” our hybrid Battery pack to replace it with a new one and after he decided to do so without giving us the chance to diagnose the issues and to offer a replacement!I really hate to see it reach this point with a valid customer but I have offered to replace the hybrid Battery pack under the Warranty and Mr. [redacted] refused since he already made up his mind to buy another one.Thanks!
