Abdullah Bail Bonds

Review: I was referred to abdullah bail bonds by a co-worker. I have used their services which at first seemed fair and fast. I have been making payments regarding this bond for a court matter for my fiance. A court date arrived and my fiance showed up late, the court asked for my fiance to obtain a reinstatement letter from bail bonds. We contacted Abdullah Bail bonds to obtain this letter and was denied this paper. upon asking why they stated they didnt feel like they wanted to take further responsiblity form their client. Sameday we called back to ask one more time with details on their reasons and if we could negotiate anything else. They failed to call back. As my fiance and I attempted calling leaving messages we still received no response, messages were left. We then contacted there lender (Bankers) to see if they can help us with this letter, they too stated if they did not want to give us this letter they didnt have to. Information regarding this call went back to Abullah bail bonds and ([redacted]) called back furious on why we would do that and denied this letter once agan. No contact was made to her after. meanwhile a warrant was sent for my fiances arrest. I also noticed on my bank account that payments were not being cashed Aprils payment was sent 4/24 but cashed in 05/20, May or Junes payment were not cashed and recipts have not been mailed to me. I called [redacted] worker at bail bonds on 07/8/13 to see if there was a problem she stated she no longer had the address on [redacted] ave and had not picked up her mail, later on same day she calls me and informed she did have my checks and would post date the recipts. The checks were cashed a few days later. I called on 7/15/13 for her to email recipts and have not recived anything or any calls form her (Abdullah bail bonds). I am not sure what else we can do they have no experiance with this business and very poor customer service. I do not want to anger them as last time they told me that they can have a lean on my home untill the loan is payed off.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Wanting to see if an ivestigation can be made to see if they are truly a legit buisness and if they are doing everything by the book. something does not sound right. PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

I did receive a invoice of the next bill and the previous statements. The new address I'm mailing the payments to is 5421 port Alice way salida ca 95368.
