that are on his gates. HOW ever, What Mr. [redacted] has failed to mention is that we have been out to his residence multiple times to adjust the latches. Each time We have gone out to Mr. [redacted]'s home, we have left with the latches in working Condition, while he was present. The main area that Mr. [redacted] has issues with his latches is where they are attached to a removable panel that he requested to be installed so a Coal truck has access to his yard to deliver coal. When the panel is removed and then placed back, if not placed exactly in the same position that it was before, the latches will not line up properly causing the latches to be difficult to open or not open at all. This is not due to our craftsmanship, but due to the fact that the panel is not being replaced properly. However, because We do stand behind our Work and our Company name We are Willingto go back out again to adjust the hinges, at which point Mr. [redacted] will be asked tosign off on the Work performed.Thank you,????,Steven R.
