The situation is greatly exaggerated.? There was an upgrade in our system and it resulted in our having to contact some of our customers to verify their payment information was correct.We contacted her, as she said, and she agreed to call us back with her information.? She did not ? Over days we called her times, not 63.? We sent her texts, none of which were? nasty.? Our system records all of our text messages.? They are part of her record in our system.We tried to keep her from getting a late fee and also did not want her to be days late and reflect negatively on her credit bureau.It is obvious that she is upset at the situation and has become aggressive instead of accepting that she never called us back as she said she would.? It is unfortunate that she did not call some one here instead of making claims to outside companies about unfair business practices and predatory lending.If she wants to call our office and talk to someone in a civil manner, perhaps we can do something about her late fee?

I talked to our representative that dealt with the customer and? he tells a different taleShe left out the foul language she used while attempting to get her requested information.? The customer has received her amount of interest paid on her loan.? I assume she is satisfied because I have not heard from her since.? The Revdex.com provides a valuable resource for people that need help in dealing with businesses.? Unfortunately, some people misuse this resource to try to disgrace businesses or employees that help them in order to make themselves feel better regardless of the actual issuesThis is one of those cases.?
