Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that the vehicle did have an issue prior to being sold to the customer, and that it was explained to him, but the customer still liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase itAfter the purchase, the representative stated that the problem did get a little bit worse, but he told the customer if he brought it in to be fixed, he would give him a loaner vehicle to driveHe said at that point, the customer did not come back in and instead filed a complaintThe business offered to give him his money back for the vehicle, but he said that the customer declined that offerThe representative stated he is currently repairing the vehicle, and has given the customer a loaner Mercedes to drive in the meantime, and he believes the issue to be resolved at this point
