Recent experience with Key Heating & Cooling was the cleaning of a thirty-one year old furnace The technician, Mike was outstanding explaining to me the results of the cleaning and the items that may require attention in the future Mike and Kathy, at the office were quick to respond to my need to complete the inspection and cleaning within a tight, time frame
We were the first to install on the first floor in this condominium They worked through all the problems encountered by that patiently and doggedly, getting it done to our satisfaction We are very pleased and have recommended them to or other owners
I have had the pleasure of having a new heating and AC installation with Key and have been pleased with both the quality of their work and their maintenance service
Really appreciate that they keep to promised schedule so when the appointment is for am they are there at that time
Enjoy working with Walter, he listens and considers your details about the problems your seeing with your system. He will work with you to figure out the problem & get it resolved.
Polite, prompt and professional response by phone. Kathy set up timely appt. and was able to have service tech bring replacement part - rather than needing a second visit. Keith was professional and appeared confident in resolving issue with furnace. He did not have any "invoice" sheet but supplied a verbal cost estimate and said billed would be mailed to me. We have used services from Key for over 10 years and have consistently been pleased with their work.
I have done business with Key Heating for at least 10 years. They are reliable and communicate well. I especially commend Walter D, who checked the heating system at our new condo last week. He's done work for us before. He's thorough and knowledgeable and good at explaining mechanical concepts to the layperson.
The guys were great to work with. They are willing to work together to find solutions to problems that may happen. It was a pleasure to work with Key for this recent project.

Great experience! Keith was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. We bought the house recently and he walked us though how the whole system works and made some great recommendations on how to make it more cost effects by to heat and cool the house.
