In January 2019, I purchased a windshield from this windshield company. About a week later, I kept hearing a whistling or a pressure sound at the bottom center of my windshield. We were traveling to *** at the time. It became so loud in *** that we stopped at *** in *** to get it checked. The shop personnel stated that there was a leak but not enough to cause a major scare. But he did recommend that I call the glass company where I purchased the glass and inform them. I called Abeita Glass Co and reported what I had learned. So, they told me to bring it back in. The following week, I brought it back into the shop. There were two shop workers that worked on it and said they fixed the problem.
However, they whistling sound continued. I left it alone. The sound eventually when away. However, in June 2019, I noticed a small split starting to appear right where the whistling/pressuring sound was at. I was very hesitant to called but eventually I did call the glass company again. I finally called on July 11th. The individual told me to come in so I did that day. He looked at it and said, "it looks like we sold you a defective windshield, but because the split in the windshield happened way later, we can replace it for you, but we can only cover half the cost." I said, "okay, order the windshield." He told me, "I will order it out of *** and it should arrive tomorrow at 1pm." So, we set an appointment for July 12, 2019 at 4 pm. The next day, I arrived at the shop. Again, the individual whom I worked with told me, we tried calling you all day to tell you that I could not find a windshield for you type of car at all in anywhere. However, I did find one in *** and it will not arrive until July 30th. So, are we ok to replace the windshield until them? I said, no because I have some young women I am driving to camp with on July 25 -27 to *** and I need my windshield replaced before then. So, then I asked him, "would you just be able to refund me the half you promised to pay." He says, "sure but not until Monday." After I left, I called him again and ask, "what time Monday with the refund be available"? He says, " come after 2 pm." I told him, "well, I will try to make it, I am going to attend and help out at a funeral service." He says, "okay, just call and let us know." So, Monday, July 15, I was not able to make it so I called him at 4: 36 pm to let him know I could not make it, but I will definitely be there after 3 pm tomorrow which is Tuesday, July 16, 2019. He says, "okay, we shall see tomorrow." I arrived there today, about 3:45 pm, and I told the lady in the office that I was here to pick up the money that was owed to me. She then calls the guy I was working with. After she gets off the phone, she told me that they can not give me back the money because it was under another different management. I got upset with her, " I said, why could not he have told me? I have me four trips here from *** which is about 60 miles away. Why could he have told me that in the first place"?
Then one guy came over and says, "what is going on?" I related my story. He says, "yeah we can not give money back if it is under a different management." I then left and told them, "this business is deceitful." The shop guy then starts laughing as I walked out and he shouted out at me saying, "you go to ***, shame on you!" I thought to myself, "what does going to *** have to do with me expressing my concerns to the office lady?" He continued to laughing and yell, "yeah you need to repent of what you said." All I said was, "you business is deceitful."

On July 16, 2019 *** did come into our establishment to let us know about the concern she had with her windshield that we installed on January 11, 2019. I did let her know that she should have brought her vehicle in right away when she noticed the weird noise, being that it was already 6 months since we had installed the windshield, there could have been a number of reasons why the windshield would be making the weird noise, but we would check it anyway. I did let her know that we were under new ownership, so we could do our best to fix the problem. if anything she would need to purchase a new windshield, we checked it out and did our best to fix it, she did say it was giving her the same problem, when we offered to purchase a new windshield she declined stating that she couldn't wait much longer. She came into the establishment and started yelling demanding her money back my secretary tried to talk to her asking for her to calm down, being there was customers and children in the office. She then got really loud so a gentleman (customer) stepped in and asked her to leave then they began arguing outside of the business. She then got in her vehicle and left. Once we recieved the call from the "Revdex.com" we did contact the customer and try to reason with her that way we do not end on bad terms and continue to recieve her business. We apologized and offered to refund her the money, she then begin yelling saying she will be taking her business elsewhere, and never showed up for her money.
