I am rejecting this response because:
The contractor/business has not responded to our phone calls in months and already has our moneys ($2,+ $1,300); Has not, in good faith, contacted us with regards to status of the job or the reasons for the delay; Has already
shown that the business is incapable of following through with their part of the initial agreement/contract.This is unprofessional and we will not tolerate incompetent business practices and will ensure that other prospective customers are not put in the same situation that we were put in.We want out downpayment returned
