Review: This business, did a complete patio paver and retaining wall system with steps for us in April of 2013. During the winter the patio raised up in a few spots and signifigantly sunk in other areas. We started to call the [redacted] in March of 2014 to notify him of the damage to the patio, he was not very quick to respond. Once he did he agreed to come look at it, I marked all the areas that were not flat any longer with chalk so it would be easy to see. He agreed that there was some problems and he would send his crew over to tamp it further and he thought that would fix it. Needless to say it did not fix it and I called him back as I wasn't here when they did the work. He avoided us and kept saying there was nothing they could do except rip out the whole patio and start over. After that conversation he became very scarce and refused to answer our calls and failed to return multiple voice mails. Over the summer the patio became worse and one of the steps became loose and he was again notified. With no notification he sent his crew back in late september and they brought the tamper back and did about 5 rows of brick and left. They were here for less than 10 minutes, and had no affect on the patio. I spoke ti him again in the begin begininning of November and he told me the patio was supposed to do that and he would not be fixing it. That was the last conversation I had with him. We paid a good amount of money for tho patio and it puddles up every time it rains and we are getting water in the basement since the patio is no longer pitched properly and it doesn't drain. I did have a patio installer look at it and he agreed that it was not done properly and should be fixed as it could be come a tripping hazard.Desired Settlement: I would like him to come back and fix the patio properly, if that involves taking all the bricks up and starting over fine with me. I just want a flat patio like the one I paid for. I also want the step fixed so no one from my family gets injured going up and down the steps. If he refuses, I want the money required to have it fixed properly by someone else.
