I wanted a whole house water filter installedAbel plumbing came out to review the job and give a rough estimate of costTheir plumber came out a few days later and showed up late ( forgivable ) but without any of the parts neededHe then badmouthed the whole job stating why am I putting it in this location and why does his boss take jobs like this,etcHe then had to leave to go get the parts he needed After returning minlater he didn't have a ladder with him so he had to use mineThe whole time stating that no way could he keep that quoted estimate and this should be time and materialAfter finishing he used the to estimate to charge me the whole When he left I started to add things upHe was at my house at 12:and left at 2:hours including the time he ran to get partsPlus he bought a ftpiece of pipe but only used maybe a foot and a half I know I payed for the whole length.At the least I need to get compensated for the time he left for partsMultiple attempts to contact the man in charge have gone unreturnedI even went to their place of business for resolution but only got a secretary

As to paragraph one regarding *** *** telling ABEL plumbing I would be responsible for payment is not trueThe clog was from wear and tear as stated in the
lease agreement forwarded to Abel plumbing
I wrote the check in error not because "I" was responsible that is why Abel plumbing agreed to destroy the check but waited years instead to fraudulently deposit the check
There was never an agreement with myself and *** *** *** was the landlord responsible for maintenance to his property by Illinois lawAbel plumbing admits to trying to get payment from Mr.*** so in truth they knew Mr.*** to be responsible
Again I was advised by Abel plumbing that whoever requested the service call was responsible for paymentAbel plumbing admits the owner "AKA" *** *** made the request
There was no lack of communication between landlord and tenantAbel plumbing made it very clear to me that the one who made the call was the responsible partyAbel plumbing went as far as to tell me they spoke to *** who advised them it was in my lease agreementI told Abel plumbing that it was not stated anywhere in my lease as to the tenant being responsible for ANY repairsThey requested a copy of the lease which I providedI was lied to againAbel plumbing did not even have the common courtesy to destroy the check like they said they would do since it was written in error and if not in error they why hold on to a check for years?
Everyone being happy is not the problemThe problem is Abel plumbing was contacted by the property owner and came to the residence on his and his only requestIf I would have known I would be responsible I would have contacted my own reputable plumbing company

The owner (Adam) contacted me and spoke with me after receiving an email from Revdex.com. I explained my issues and he setteled the matter by zeroing out my account. His staff emailed me (Within a matter of hours) an invoice indicating the zero...

The technicians that came to my home, to represent this company, were curtious and pleasant. I chaulk this incident up to a failure to communicate between the three parites involved (The plumbing company, the warranty company and the homeowner).
