I work out of town and my wife was home when Mr. [redacted] arrived. He checked out the septic system and told my wife that the lift pump was shorted out. I spoke with him via the telephone and he quoted me a price of $810.00 parts and labor to replace the lift pump. When I arrived home after work I looked at the receipt and there was itemization of Parts or labor. Just a description of replaced lift pump and Float control.I called and asked the owner [redacted] for an itemized receipt on 10/23/2014 and he refused.His statement was that I was not going to get one that the price he gave me was a Turnkey package. This is poor business acumen. Desired SettlementI would like an itemized receipt with parts description (make and manufacture of the pump and assembly) and a labor charge with an hourly breakdown on the labor rate.I also would like to have warranty information supplied in writing.
