[redacted] mortgage rate was locked with his consent, in the locked time frame his Attorney was not available so the lender had to extend his lock twice and every time we extended the lock the lender send him a mail which he had to consent. There was no promise made to him regarding the refund...

I had mentioned this before every step of the process the lender has informed him with emails and he has acknowledged it the extra charge is just because the rate had to be extended 2 times
