There was no effort made by Hot Wok to make me feel better about my negative experience at the restaurant during my visit on 11/2/ In the most recent review there was no response Therefore my issue is NOT resolvedPlease keep my complaint on the record so that other customers can see my experience with Hot Wok--not only how I was treated during my visit to restaurant but also the restaurant's lack of concern and lack of follow-up If this is the way they treat customers, then shame on them
