We regret any misunderstanding that occurred with [redacted] ’s purchase We have spoken to her and explained the invoice she received When she leased her new vehicle we were responsible for all remaining payments due on her previous lease which we paid as agreed The invoice she received was for excess wear and tearUnfortunately the leasing company, not the dealership inspects the vehicle and determines if there is excess wear and tearAny amount charged is between the customer and the Leasing Company If she has concerns about the actual charges or the amount due for the charges she would have to address those concerns directly with the leasing company

I am rejecting this response because: as the consumer my rights were violatedThe business did not inform me that the inspection had to be done and instead told me that th vehicle will be taken as is The dealer than schedules the inspection and sends me the billThe car is no longer mineI was not given the opportunity to fix the "claimed" damages or not return the vehicle period!

We are very sorry to hear of *** ***’s complaint and we apologize for any inconvenience that she has experienced. In addition to unusually high call volumes, we have been experiencing an intermittent issue with our phone issue and hope to have that corrected in the very near
future. As to the concerns with her vehicle, unfortunately there have been two separate issues. The first being the fuel pump, which has been repaired. The second issue, resulting in the ‘jerking’ feeling is due to her transmission. In keeping with ***’s warranty policy, the first step is to replace the transmission’s valve body. This repair often corrects the issue. Unfortunately in *** ***’s case it did not. The next step is to replace the entire transmission, which we are in the process of doing now. This repair is completely covered by ***’s factory warranty with no cost to *** ***. Until her repair is completed, which we anticipate to be later this week she is driving one of our loaner vehicles, also at no cost to her. We understand and regret *** ***’s frustration, and are working to complete her repair as quickly as possible
