Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY] Regards, [redacted] This HVAC system was installed and was to be covered by insurance and was not turned into insurance until months laterWe were informed by our insurance company that the unit that was showed to the adjuster could not have been our unitAfter months of attempting to have insurance pay for our unit we paid in fullThe owner was told that we didn't want our unit to be installed until we knew insurance would pay for the unitHowever the company told us "not to worry they were sure they could get the insurance company to pay for the new unit because our unit was hit by lightning" the next day the company was there to install the unit against our wishes Now that we are having issues A & I is refusing to come help us and is now hanging up on usThey never returned our phone called for help when our house was degreesWe have to pay a babysitter and dog sitter to keep our dogs and or child while our house was not livableThen A & I told us that they were voiding our warrantyAfter contacting the warranty company we were told that A & I could not void our warrantyWe have tried multiple times to have A & I resolve this issue however they are now hanging up on us and will not take our phone callsAlso they have not replaced any parts on our system that was not under warrantyThey never gave us receipts for any services providedWe have never been able to reach anyone other than an answering machineAnd they do not return phone calls of customers

This HVAC system was installed 5/21/We had to hire a lawyer
to receive our payment which was 2/26/We have run service
on this system several time this year, yes we did replace her
stat that was badThere was a charge for the stat because stat
is
an accessory not covered under warranty of equipmentOur company like all HVAC companys at this time of year with the heat is covered upMrs *** is not willing to wait for service and keeps telling us she is calling a lawyerSo we have informed Mrs *** she is welcome to call another company, which by reading her complaint she hasThe system has worked well for years so we feel it could not have been installed wrong
