Review: I had my hair done with [redacted] on September 4, 2013. Unfortunately, she didn't tell me the extensions wouldn't look professional since I didn't have a relaxer. She waited till she finished my hair to tell me that. I left the salon because I was at a loss for words. I tried to make my hair lie down with gel. Unfortunately, it wouldn't lie down. So, I made an appointment to have the extensionsb removed on September 11, 2013. This is $250.00 hairdo was unacceptable because ot looked horrible. I had to wear a hat for the entire week..Desired Settlement: There was no disclaimer any where on the website that your hairdo will not look presentable if you don't have a relaxer. This is deceptive advertising.
