Hi [redacted] ,This is in reference to the complaint from [redacted] I’ve read his narrative and have responded belowLet me know if this is enough informationI’ve also included the letter issued by our collection agency to the patient reassuring him that this incident was not reported to any credit agencies.Response:According to the patient, several attempts were made to make payments on his invoice between January and August From our review, we can see that although we have no record of an initial payment on Jan 28th, we do show contact with the patient and four instalment payments of 30.22, between April and JuneIn addition, during this time period, the patient appeared to have made several credit card payments that were declined.There were several attempts to reach the patient during the month of July and August for the final payment outstandingAfter repeated attempts, the account was sent to collections on August 14thOn August 17, the patient contacted our office, final payment was made and the account was queued to be removed from collectionsAs a follow up to the Revdex.com complaint, our collection agency sent a letter dated September 14th, to MrCoutin confirming the account was never reported to the collection agency and therefore will not show on his credit report.The account is paid in full and has been closed.Thanks, [redacted] Director of Operations, San Diego*** | we do more
