To whom it may concern, Mr*** does business as *** Productions, in fact his username with our service is ***. Attached you will find several screenshots of Mr ***'s account and the relevant transaction and refund. The first is ***247's account showing the rebilling
of his account on June 21, with the Paypal transaction number ending in 723J. The next (*** email) is an email from us to Mr *** saying the transaction in question has already been refunded on the day of the initial transaction. We refunded the rebilled transaction the day of the transaction as can be seen in the next attachment (*** PP1). We are not aware of any repeated attempts to charge Mr ***'s account or of the bank charges related to those attempts as we ended the rebilling function on his account when the refunded was processed. The next image shows the Paypal billing agreement ID which allowed us to rebill the account, with the text "You have refunded this payment in full." And last (*** refund) is the Paypal page showing the transaction number ending in 723J as being promptly refunded.
