matter how many times we send the car through the car wash, it will not clean the stains. I also advised that we will not compound and wax his car unless he purchases it along with an appointment. Customer became aggravated and started arguing with me and demanded a refund. The customer WAS refunded the $8.00 in full and due to his arrogance and use of foul language on my property, the police were called. If need be, I can provide a copy of the video recording of the customer and also an incident report from [redacted] Police Department. Customer had left when the police were called. Review: I went to the car wash to get the exterior of my Ford Escape washed. After the car came out with grime still on the hood and doors, I asked if they would run the car through again. They declined. I spoke with the manager who immediately started to shout aggressively at my father and I, cursing at us. He told us to use our common sense, that we were being stupid. He also said "get the [redacted] out of here" multiple times. We very calmly asked for our money back and the manager refused and told us he was going to call the police. When we asked who the owner was, he refused to divulge that information. The manager was verbally assaultive and insulting. Not only did he fail to clean the car and fail to reimburse us, but he also acted aggressively towards two customers just trying to obtain a service.Desired Settlement: I would like the 8 dollars back and I would like a written apology from the Manager who was working today, November 15, 2014 at approximately 11 AM. This behavior is unacceptable and our community has higher standards. This tyrant should be held accountable or else he will continue to treat customers this way.
