Good Morning ***,Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and give me an opportunity to respond to the complaint. Mr*** *** *** moved in his apartment on June 24, 2017. He contacted the office on Friday, September 29, for pest control to inspect his apartment for
possible bed bugs. On the next business day Monday, October 2, Mr*** apartment was inspected by World Wide Pest Control. His apartment was noted to have a light activity of bed bugs. The apartment was treated on Friday, October 6, 2017. The follow up inspection was on Friday, October 20, 2017. The service inspection report stated no bed bug activity at that time. Mr*** also commented that everything was fine. The warranty for the treatment was explained to him by the technician.Thank you for this opportunity ***.
