Att [redacted] On 9/130/Velasco Corp come in to D & D Tireshop Diesel/ To Replaced whell seals ION R/Axle Also Also we Told Him The Driver We charging hours labor on each side we Not finished by 6:00om is gonna ve extra charge he said ok But not finished bu six 6:00pm and we Ask he wanted be done same Day he Has load to delivery Also we charging extra hour to finish after Reg Hours also He paid teh Bill Days Later I recived ph call His Boss complained about the price amount what we charge w I told hom you agree with the price w so nothin I cqn do is agreemend we make and is my mine Rates 90.00pr hour after hours changed price on rates can t not refund money on this Job or work Has been DONE Thanks Martin Mvn10/19/

I am rejecting this response because:The owner never addressed the fact that the job he did was wrong and that I had to get it redone at another reputable shopAlso the owner claims to have worked on the truck for six hours when I have the GPS data that proves it was all done in under hoursThese are my two main concerns and he did not address them, if he keeps working on trucks and does not do the job right he is putting people's lives at risk
