representative stated that the problem did get a little bit worse, but he told the customer if he brought it in to be fixed, he would give him a loaner vehicle to drive. He said at that point, the customer did not come back in and instead filed a complaint. The business offered to give him his money back for the vehicle, but he said that the customer declined that offer. The representative stated he is currently repairing the vehicle, and has given the customer a loaner Mercedes to drive in the meantime, and he believes the issue to be resolved at this point.

No the issue is not resolved. Each time I call it is tomorrow, tomorrow. Talked to Ron L[redacted] at Abe's about and hour ago, I was informed with a witness to the conversation he would be at my office waiting for me at 9:00 a.m. on Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 5th to pick up my car and repair the things I requested. This of course remains to be seen.

Review: Purchase Car in March 2016 and it needed repairs so it has been in shop since March. I have called the dealer about it on several occasions I have called for for months and have not gotten my car nor have I received a call back about the status. I am seeking restitution for the time I have made payments for a car I haven't driven since I purchased it or refund the loan and take their car back.Desired Settlement: I want my months of payments refunded and/or pay out loan and take their car back.
