alterations were made as requested and we did press the suit. If the customer was unhappy with the alterations, he should have expressed what he needed fixed and we would have made the necessary adjustments, just as we pressed the suit for the second time while he waited. Unfortunately, the material of the suit he brought in, is wrinkle prone and there was only so much we could do. We did press the suit initially and then pressed it again as it wasn’t to his satisfaction. Again we are sorry to hear that it wasn’t to his satisfaction, however we did perform the services requested and we feel that he is trying to avoid payment of his obligation. We would be happy to give him a store credit for $20 to compensate for his dissatisfaction.

Review: I brought in a Ralph Lauren Business suit to have the pants hemmed and to adjust the waist and finally to remove the wrinkles. After examining my suit the first thing he said before giving me a date when the garment would be ready was charge me Fifty dollars.When I came to pick up my suit I found that there were still wrinkles in my garment, there were dirt stains on it and the pants legs were not long enough commensurate with his measurement.I explained him that I had paid the money he requested and that he look at his shoddy work. He offered that he could remove the wrinkles while I wait. I let him do it and the suit was still noticeably wrinkled. To avoid further difficulty, I took my suit and left. This Tailor is advertised on the Internet as one of New York City's Best Tailors. I would like a refund !Desired Settlement: I would like my garment adjusted to my satisfaction, but I don't trust this person with my cloths so I would just like a refund.
