Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business advertisement clearly states cleaning and sanitizingAs I stated only a solution was sprayed on the roofIt was only AFTER the application of this solution was I informed that I would have to "wait 2-weeks for the RAIN to complete the cleaning" While it is true they returned and hand removed the mold from the roof, this was only after an argument with the owner The roof not in no way Flat, as indicated by the owner, it is a pitched roof I paid to have the roof cleaned as advertised, not wait for some day for "Mother Nature" to take care of it In addition, I am aware that the roof can and should not be power washed which is the reason I hired this company to SHAMPOO the roofThe roof is still stained, I want it cleaned as promised Regards, [redacted] ***
