Abest Power & Gas, LLC

Today, I contacted A Best Power and Gas with a concern. A Best Power is been my energy supplier from last year and my contact was Edward L[redacted]. Back in 2015, Edward helped me with the rate , because Abest Power was charging me the wrong rate. After signing up , he assured me that he will contact me when my contact is up with an email and a letter. I have been thinking about that , and since I didn't hear from him or Abest Power, I decided to call with the concern that I hope they didn't up my rate. That exactly what happened, when I called and Talked to Finishea, and she said I can cancel it with a $50 cancellation fee. I never received any mail or any email from ABest Power. Finishea told me that Edward is no longer with the Co. , but its not my fault that Abst Power did not take the initiative to contact the customer on behalf of Edward when he left. As a courtesy, they should have contact their customer instead of renewing the contract automatically. I am very upset about this. In this economy, its very hard to pay bills and put food on the table for your family. It is unacceptable that Co. are getting away doing business like this.
