I ordered a watch from Zita Jewelry through eBay on 10/07/for $ The ad clearly stated choice of refund was available Either I could request cash refund or replacement We agreed that they would find me a replacement watch I returned the purchased watch within days in unworn and in the same condition I received the watch in I checked in every few weeks for months In March of I was finally given a refund minus a restocking fee of $and $for shipping of $ I paid $for insured registered return mail After agreeing and waiting for almost months, my money was finally returned minus a restocking fee I was given no credit for waiting for months When we first connected I was told in no uncertain terms would I be given a refund even though the as clearly stated is was "Buyers choice of refund or replacement" I feel that I was more than patient waiting and being told I am working on it.....then to be charged $for postage and a restocking fee after waiting for almost months is terrible service I tried to work with her to come to a reasonable solution and her stance was you ordered it, not my problem To charge someone almost $for a watch that was returned due to size of the face of the watch is ridiculous I guess that's one way to make a profit

We agreed that they would find me a replacement watch. I returned the purchased watch within 14 days in unworn and in the same condition I received the watch in. I checked in every few weeks for months. In March of 2014 I was finally given a refund minus a restocking fee of $126.00 and $22.00 for shipping of $692.00. I paid $20.00 for insured registered return mail.

After agreeing and waiting for almost 6 months, my money was finally returned minus a restocking fee. I was given no credit for waiting for 6 months. When we first connected I was told in no uncertain terms would I be given a refund even though the as clearly stated is was "Buyers choice of refund or replacement".

I feel that I was more than patient waiting and being told I am working on it.....then to be charged $148.00 for postage and a restocking fee after waiting for almost 6 months is terrible service. I tried to work with her to come to a reasonable solution and her stance was you ordered it, not my problem. To charge someone almost $150.00 for a watch that was returned due to size of the face of the watch is ridiculous. I guess that's one way to make a profit.
